Cancelling a tour or experience
You can cancel from your digital pass until the cancellation cut-off shown on the pass. Paid bookings cancelled in time are refunded in full to the original payment method. After the cut-off, please contact the desk; refunds are at our discretion.
Alpine Weather Guarantee
100% full refund or free reschedule in case of severe mountain fog, rain, or unplayable turf conditions.
Match tickets
If a match is cancelled or abandoned before play starts, ticket holders are offered a refund.
If a match is postponed, we will contact ticket holders about the new date and their options.
Pay at the venue
Bookings to be paid at the venue can be cancelled free of charge. Unpaid places are released shortly after the slot starts.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. A credit note is issued for every refund against a tax invoice.
No-shows
Paid bookings that are not used and not cancelled in time are not refunded automatically.
