Your booking
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with your digital pass. Places are held for a limited time while you complete checkout and are released automatically if checkout is not completed.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are itemised at checkout and on your tax invoice. The amount you pay is always the total calculated by our booking system at checkout.
Payment
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway. Where pay at the venue is offered, your booking is confirmed only after you click the confirmation link we email to you, and payment is collected at the desk before entry.
Your pass and entry
Show the QR code on your pass at the gate. Each pass admits the number of guests booked, on the date and time slot booked.
Keep your pass link private: anyone who has it can view and manage the booking.
Visitors must follow staff instructions, the dress code and clubhouse rules and any safety notices.
Cancellations, refunds and weather
Cancellations, refunds, weather cancellations and rescheduling are covered by our Refund & Weather Policy.
Changes by us
We may need to change or cancel a session or match for safety, weather or operational reasons. If we cancel, you will be offered a refund or, where available, a new date.
